Social Work Supervisee
Supporting Children, Teens, Adults, and Families
Welcome! Seeking support for yourself or your child can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring the challenges that brought you to therapy.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating emotional and behavioral concerns, stressful life circumstances, and difficulties with coping or communication. Together, we can strengthen your understanding of yourself, develop practical skills, and work toward meaningful goals.
About Me
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University in 2013. My experience includes supporting adolescents and families in residential treatment, crisis, and intensive outpatient settings.
Through this work, I have helped young people navigate complex emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental challenges. I value collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals to support progress both inside and outside of therapy.
My Approach
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs and strengths. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused approaches, and behavioral strategies.
Our work may focus on understanding emotions, strengthening coping skills, improving communication, or developing healthier responses to everyday challenges. We will identify goals together and move at a pace that supports your growth.
