Hello
Tiffany Bullock, LCSW-S
Specializing in Child & Adolescent Therapy | Behavioral Challenges.
Welcome! Congratulations on taking the first step toward personal growth and healing! My mission is to provide a safe, empathetic, and compassionate space where you can openly express your needs, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work through obstacles, uncover your strengths, and develop a path forward that aligns with your values and goals.
My Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisee (LCSW-S), my approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I work with individuals to address a wide range of challenges, including grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, life transitions, and more. Through personalized treatment plans and therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and a strengths-based perspective, I will support you in developing effective coping mechanisms and achieving lasting positive change.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from North Carolina A&T State University (2017) and my Master’s in Social Work from Howard University (2024). In addition, I hold certifications in youth and adult first aid, focusing on areas such as trauma, grief, and suicide prevention. These topics, along with other aspects of mental health, will be addressed with care in our safe space together.
I’m excited to join you on this journey of healing, and I believe in your ability to thrive! You’ve got this!
